These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of services and offerings provided by Nivara at nivaraone.pro as of 2026. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

1.1 Notary Services

Nivara provides notarization services, including document verification, witness certification, and apostille services. Each session is scheduled in advance.

• Booking: You may schedule a session through our contact form.
• Cancellation: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund of fees paid, issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Transfers: You may transfer a session to another date by notifying us at least 24 hours prior.
• No-Refund Services: Express notarization sessions and after-hours assignments are non-refundable due to resource allocation. You may transfer these to another date once by providing 48 hours notice.

1.2 Information Products

Nivara offers digital guides and reference materials ("Info Products").

• Access Period: Info Products are accessible immediately after purchase.
• Refund Eligibility: If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital files, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase through our contact form. A processing fee of 10% of the purchase amount will apply.
• Refund Processing: Eligible refunds are issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.
• Non-Refundable: After download or access, Info Products cannot be refunded.

1.3 Physical Goods

Nivara supplies seals, stamps, and related materials ("Goods").

• Return Period: You may return Goods within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
• Return Process: Initiate a return via our contact form. You are responsible for shipping costs.
• Inspection & Processing: Returns are inspected and refunds are issued within 14 business days after receipt.
• Non-Returnable: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
